Have folks noticed their PS3 or other game console using a lot of data or otherwise behaving weirdly on the network when it was, as far as you knew, idle?

I powered on my PS3 to charge my phone, and about 24 hours later, this was a summary of its usage.  It was just sitting at the opening screen where game and movie promos roll by.  Not downloading any updates, etc.

Has anyone analyzed PS3 network performance before?
